The destiny of a public listed company is at the hands of the current administration !!!
Corruption could not be wiped out by a single man efforts !!!

I'm not sure Yingluck should make such rash statements about such matters... If the sacking were politically motivated, she would be the last to be told.

As for accountability to all shareholders, and as claimed to be an experienced business woman, the PM should not approve and cover the sacking of a CEO 5 month prior to ending his contract at a cost of 6 month redunancy pay, and if doing so, be well prepared to answer where performance failed. A replacement superior to the outgoing CEO, ready to start immediately, would be the norm, after month of PT's election win, with rife specualtions and rumors that Khun Piyasvasti Amranand would be sacked.

Most of the board members were appointed by the previous administration, Mr Kittiratt said.

Exactly Mr Kittiratt, and doesn't that mean they are all fair game as this removal proves.

I am i missing something here?
There are no reasons for sacking him. No written warnings. No verbal warnings.
A big 6 month payoff or (keep quiet money)6 million!

And to top it off they have no one to replace him with.
He will work for the company for another month but have nothing to do with the company!
Why the rush to get him out so quickly?

Having the governemnt deny something has become a very dependable way of finding out what is actually the opposite .
