Regulators have demanded the three major mobile network service providers improve their networks at the Suvarnabhumi airport.
Prompted into action by traveller's complaints, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication (NBTC) has pledged to closely monitor the quality of connectivity signals around the terminal, as well as inside the building, especially in spots it receives the most complaints about.
NBTC also plans to inspect the connectivity quality in all public areas, with Siam Paragon shopping mall coming up as the next target, said NBTC secretary Takorn Tantasit.
