THAI plans joint training with rivals

The president of Thai Airways International (THAI) plans to solve a shortage of pilots by conducting joint pilot training with Bangkok Airways and Thai AirAsia.

    They could do what Cathay and Singapore airlines do and recruit Foreign Nationals but wait, this is Thailand and to have a Farang flying a Thai airplane would be like losing soveriegnty!!!
