Muang Thai Life continues partnership with Nok Air

Sara Lamsam, the chief executive of Muang Thai Life, said his company was studying the possibility of selling insurance either at the airline's counters or onboard flights, with the airline also serving as a reference source complementing existing customer-relationship management (CRM) programmes.
Muang Thai Life's sister company, Muang Thai Insurance, has already made its insurance policies, mostly for travel accident insurance, available at Nok Air counters. Mr Sara said his firm might start with health, personal accident and life insurance policies with simple features.
