The real estate agency CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) is offering financial support to encourage its clients to take up green building practices, says Richie Lee, executive director for energy and sustainability in Asia.
‘‘Green buildings can deliver immediate results both financially and with regard to the environment,’’ says Mr Lee.
Through the Zero Investment Energy Efficiency project, CBRE and international financing partners provide the budget for any hotels, office buildings or shopping malls that want to change their existing equipment to energy-efficient offerings.
