Looking to develop a condominium for pet lovers, Sansiri Plc (SIRI) is studying potential buyers and public health laws before planning to launch a project in the Sukhumvit area next year.
The Teal Sathon-Taksin condominium will have 409 furnished units from 30.5 to 110 sq mand priced from 2.36 million baht.
Dusadee Tancharoen, a Sansiri vice-president, says demand from pet lovers to allow pets in condominiums has grown.
