Scotch Industrial (Thailand) Co, the producer of Scotch chicken essence, has diversified into property by spending 1.2 billion baht to develop its first community mall in Samsen area.
The five-rai community mall on Samsen Road will have a retail plaza, to be opened on Sept 23, office space and serviced apartments.
The company says it wants to build another revenue stream and reduce the risk from having only one business. It has set up Supreme Samsen Co with registered capital of 500 million baht to operate the retail complex.
