A wide array of innovative tablets and smartphones at more affordable prices and wider broadband coverage are ushering in an era of mobile social networking in Thailand.
The trend is expected to push up the country's online advertising revenue to 2 billion baht this year.
In preparation for the major shift, Pantip.com, a Thai-language portal pioneer, will renovate its website by enhancing social networking features and building a mobile application platform to allow easy access via mobile phones.
