SET-listed TT&T Plc, the provincial fixed-line telephone provider, is re-entering the high-speed broadband market after its rehabilitation business plan.
The move is aimed at reviving its revenues through broadband after losing its high-profit broadband operating unit to Jasmine International, its former partner, in the rehabilitation.
Trin Indra-opas, head of the corporate finance group for TT&T, said the company is looking for a telecom partner with strong financial backing in order to restart providing broadband service, which it hopes to resume by the end of this year.
