SET unfazed by UBS scandal as EU anxiety recedes

Thai stocks rebounded 1.3% yesterday as most Asian markets closed higher on eased worries about the EU debt crisis.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand index closed at 1,036.21 points, up 13.25 points, in trade worth 21.6 billion baht.
Bank stocks gained 2.23%, energy stocks 1.25% and tech shares 1.66%.
