Export-award winner spurred by Asian sales

The producer of Lobo brand Oriental seasonings, Globo Foods Co, expects its income will rise to 1.4 billion baht this year, up from 1.2 billion last year.

The winner of one of this year's Prime Minister's Export Awards experienced no drop in orders from the economic slowdown in the United States and Europe, as consumers prefer cooking at home, said managing director Akom Palanuwech.
