Exotic Food says it will gladly eliminate preservatives from its ingredients if that is what consumers really want.
As more people around the world prefer to eat more natural products, Exotic Food Co, a producer of Thai foods and ingredients, is trying to keep out as many preservatives from its products as possible.
Ms Vasana presents a few of her company’s healthy offerings at the fair. Preservatives are a sensitive issue for the company since almost all of the products are exported.
The products' shelf life will be shorter, but it's hoping customer demand will increase, said deputy managing director Vasana Jantarach.
