TFEX announces awards

The Thailand Futures Exchange (TFEX), a subsidiary of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), yesterday announced the derivatives brokers which won the five categories of the TFEX Best Awards 2011.
Globlex Securities Co Ltd swept three areas: the Most Active House of 2011 award for the broker with the highest derivatives trading volume; the Prop-Trading of 2011 for the broker gaining the most proprietary trading transactions, and the Best Performance: Market Maker of 2011 of precious metals category for the broker which is an outstanding market maker for derivatives in precious metal trading.
The Agent of 2011 prize, for the broker which has the most transactions of clients, goes to Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) and the Best Performance: Market Maker of 2011 winner of equities is Trinity Securities.
