Ascon Construction has been warned it is at risk of being delisted from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) as its financial statements show its shareholders' equity is less than zero.
Previously it was under an "SP" or suspension sign. Ascon also fell under an "NC" or non-compliance sign last Aug 30 after failing to file its annual financial statement within 180 days from the due date.
The moves were under Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) regulations governing the delisting of securities.
