Le Concorde plans B2.5bn expansion

Le Concorde Group, the owner of Swissotel Le Concorde Bangkok, plans to spend 2.5 billion baht to renovate its exiting property in Bangkok and build two new hotels in resort destinations over the next five years after projecting a better tourism outlook and a positive trend in the meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions (Mice) industry.
Sawyere: More Mice activities eyed
Of the budget, 300 million baht will be used to renovate 407 rooms of the Bangkok hotel, with another 345 million allocated to improve the food and beverage facilities and open a new Korean restaurant by this July.
