Srivichai Hospital to begin trade tomorrow

Shares of Srivichai Vejvivat Co will begin trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Wednesday, the first hospital operator to list on the market in seven years.

The company, which will trade under the symbol VIH, raised 168.75 million baht through an initial public offering (IPO).

VIH operates three private hospitals under the Vichaivej International Hospital group, with one each in Omnoi, Nong Khaem and Samut Sakhon. It has paid-up registered capital of 535 million baht, with a par value of one baht.
