A young engineer who started his construction business with only 100,000 baht six years ago has jumped into property development with the launch of a housing project worth 200 million baht on Phetkasem Soi 69 because the new venture is less of a headache than being contractor.
The Season, a housing project with 41 single and detached houses on a 9.5-rai plot on Phetkasem Soi 69, will have unit prices from 2.9 to 4 million baht for a plot sized between 42-54 square wah with a usable area of 140 to 150 sq metres.
Waranyoo Prombandankul, founder and CEO of property and construction firm Asian Real Estate Consultant Co, said property development is more attractive than construction despite the lower net margin.
