SPCG plans major expansion

The SET-listed SPCG Plc, Thailand's largest solar farm operator, expects its second-quarter net profit to double year-on-year with revenue from 20 projects.

Wandee Khunchornyakong, the chairman and chief executive, said the company plans to operate 34 solar farm projects by 2014.

Nine projects are in operation, while 11 more will start by year-end.
