    Actually this is a common trend among many HR recruiters. They feel that they are saving money by recruiting cheap employees. But the fact is just the reverse. the main asset of any organization is its human capital. Talented, dedicated and sincere work force define the success in future. But recruiting cheap means the frequency of recruiting process is more repetitive. It involves additional cost, man power and time for the same job which can be avoided by selecting talented one at higher pay scale. Recruitment Software
