Oji Holding Corporation will make a tender offer for the shares it does not already own in S. Pack & Print from next Thursday.
The company said it plans to buy the remaining 149 million shares of S. Pack at four baht for 596 million baht. Kasikorn Securities is the company's adviser.
The Japanese paper business has taken over S. Pack after it acquired most of the shares from the Chinsupakul family.
