Developers launch resort condos despite competition

Despite stiffer competition in the condominium segment in tourist destinations, three developers are launching new resort condo projects in Khao Yai and Cha-am.

Phutphatara Khao Yai comprises 90 villas priced from 7.9 to 11 million baht and 63 condo units priced from 3.54 to 8 million baht.

Vilailux Development Co, the property arm of the Vilailuck family, yesterday launched Phutphatara Khao Yai in Nakhon Ratchasima.
