TCE plans second appliance factory
Goal is to increase exports to the region

Thai City Electric Co (TCE), the manufacturer and distributor of Sharp home appliances, will build a 500-million-baht second factory in Samut Prakan within the next two years.
Managing director Supachai Suthipongschai said the move is to support expansion in both domestic and international markets.
The launch of the Asean Economic Community in 2015 is an opportunity to increase exports to Asean countries, as Thailand is the largest producer of home appliances in the region, he said.
