Hemaraj Q3 net profit spikes 313%

The SET-listed Hemaraj Land and Development Plc (HEMRAJ) posted 313% annualised growth in its third-quarter net profit due to increased land sales.
The industrial land and property developer showed a net profit of 629 million baht for the quarter, up by 570% quarter-on-quarter, on revenue of 1.45 billion, up by 23% year-on-year but flat quarter-on-quarter.
For the first nine months, net profit jumped by 937% year-on-year to 1.58 billion baht on revenue of 4.64 billion, up by 78%.
