Wangthong banks on new construction technique

Property developer Wangthong Group expects its new construction technique to boost sales.
Managing director Pramote Chedsadawarangkul said the new method, which the company developed last year, is a mix of pre-cast and conventional construction methods.
Walls will be made of pre-cast pieces, but posts and beams will be made conventionally as they will support the house's weight and allow homebuyers to have additional construction.
