Problems will keep homebuilding market flat

The homebuilding market will stagnate next year under the continuing labour shortage and higher construction costs.
Teerasak Boonwassana, vice-president of the Home Builders Association (HBA), said the value of the homebuilding market will remain stable at 10.2 billion baht, about the same level as this year.
The main negative factors plaguing the industry will be the same ones, problems that cannot be resolved in the short term.
