Provincial projects fire Sansiri's rise

The SET-listed property developer Sansiri Plc has set its sights on revenue growth of 30% to reach 36 billion baht this year, boosted by a strong backlog.
Sansiri ended 2012 with historic high sales worth 42.1 billion baht, outstripping its forecast 40-billion-baht target and more than doubling its sales in 2011.
Sansiri last year launched 52 projects worth 57 billion baht covering Bangkok and provincial areas in all segments of the market, including condos, single homes, home offices and shophouses.
