PTTEP allots B740bn on expansion

PTT Exploration and Production Plc (PTTEP), Thailand's sole petroleum explorer, has planned to spend $24.67 billion (around 740 billion baht) to support its investments over the next five years through 2017.

Currently, the SET-listed company has a total of 44 projects _ 19 in the production phase, three under development and 22 under exploration.

Of the total outlay, $14.76 billion is capital expenditure and $9.9 billion operating expenditure.
