Lalin seeks to offer five projects in the provinces

The listed developer Lalin Property Plc plans to launch five housing projects in eastern and northeastern provinces this year to meet growing demand upcountry.
Chief executive Chaiyan Chakarakul said rural housing demand was expected to grow dramatically, particularly in provinces with industrial estates and the growing affluent middle class.
"More middle- to high-income workers now work and live in upcountry and they prefer buying their own houses instead of renting them," he said.
