Torfun enlarging luxury Khao Yai development

Torfun Property Co, owned by Boonkiet Chokwatana, is focusing on resort development in Khao Yai by planning a second phase of Kensington Place Khao Yai on a 40-rai plot.

The company is expanding mixed-use development on the plot to comprise a condominium, hotel and tourist attractions including a church and flower garden, said Mr Boonkiet, chief executive of ICC International Plc, the marketing arm for cosmetics and fashion products under Saha Group, the country's largest consumer products conglomerate.
