KLand steps up expansion

Krungthep Land Plc (KLand) will this year launch new phases as well as new property projects worth a combined 11.9 billion baht.
Chawintorn Kunakornporamut, the deputy director for business development, said the company, which has registered capital of 1.78 billion baht, is also preparing to raise another 1.5 billion through a listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand by next year.
Mr Chawintorn said 2013 will be one of the biggest years for KLand since its establishment more than three decades ago, with revenue growth of 130% to 5.3 billion baht.
