TFD ready to build big in Chachoengsao
B2bn going to plants, warehouses at site

The SET-listed Thai Factory Development Plc (TFD) will spend between 2 and 2.5 billion baht this year to build warehouses and factories at its Chachoengsao industrial estate.
Executive chairman Apichai Taechaubol said 1.2 to 1.7 billion baht is earmarked for construction covering 100,000 square metres at TFD Industrial Estate in Chachoengsao's Bang Pakong district.
Some 30,000 sq m of that development will be sold to the MFC Industrial Investment Property and Leasehold Fund (M-II) in the second quarter, with another 70,000 sq m to be sold to the fund in the third or fourth quarter.
