KPN Group seeks two listings

KPN Group Corporation, an investment arm of the Narongdej family, plans to list its property and music and education units on the Stock Exchange of Thailand within the next two years.

The move will finance expansion of the units as part of the group's goals to focus much more on these sectors while gradually phasing out its decade-long automotive business.

Its property unit is expected to seek a listing on the local bourse by early 2015, followed later in the year by the music and education unit, said KPN chairman Kris Narongdej.
