It's pretty hard to live up to the notion of providing mutual benefits for factories and communities when you are in charge of a government agency responsible for dealing with waste, pollution and hazardous materials. 

Nattapon: We must be free of corruption

For 48-year-old Nattapon Nattasomboon, who two weeks ago was named acting director-general of the Industry Ministry's Department of Industrial Works (DIW), accusations of corruption are among his worst fears.
