SET50 index gained 0.84%, or 8.19 points, to 984.23 in trade worth 37.2 billion baht.
MAI fell 0.10%, or 0.64 points, to 643.59 in transactions worth 3.3 billion baht.
Institutional investors bought a net 876.02 million baht, followed by individual investors (370.2 million). Foreigners sold 831 million baht, followed by brokers (415.2 million).
Year-to-date, foreigners were the largest net buyers (7 billion baht), followed by brokers (3.4 billion) and institutional investors (1.2 billion). Local individuals were the biggest sellers, at 11.6 billion baht.
