The SET50 index ended at 1,006.97 points, up 12.43 points, or 1.22%, in trade worth 30.29 billion baht.
The MAI index went down 19.25 points, or 3.39%, to close at 549.11 points, with total transaction value of 4.18 billion baht.
Local institutions, brokers and foreign investors were net sellers of 750 .19 million, 669.66 million and 1.09 billion baht respectively. Retail investors were net buyers of 2.51 billion baht.
