Total trading value was 47.26 billion baht, with 9.50 billion shares changed hands.
The SET50 index increased 6.06 points or 0.59% to 1,025.51 in trade worth 25.72 billion baht.
The MAI index surged 15.63 points or 2.70% to 594.16 points, with total transaction value of 4.06 billion baht.
Retail investors were sole net buyers of 2.34 billion baht while institutional investors, brokers and foreign investors sold a net 1.12 billion, 744.43 million and 467.78 million baht respectively.
Institutional investors were sole net buyers of 2.78 billion baht while retail investors, foreign investors and brokers sold a net 1.16 billion, 842.78 million and 779.41 million baht respectively
