The MAI index climbed 6.50 points or 0.94% to 697.05 points, with total transaction value of 4.33 billion baht.
Foreign investors were net buyers of 642.13 million baht, followed by local individuals (41.88 million). Brokers were net sellers of 344.71, followed by local institutions (339.30 million).
