Total trading value was 3.56 billion baht, with 1.13 billion shares changed hands.
The SET50 index climbed 3.90 points or 0.37% to 1,061.12 in trade worth 1.38 billion baht.
The MAI index jumped 5.15 points or 0.74% to 703.41 points, with total transaction value of 630.75 million baht.
Local individuals were net buyers of 371.46 million baht, followed by local institutions (50.48 million) and brokers (3.27 million). Foreign investors were sole net sellers of 425.22 million baht.
