The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index inched up 0.12% or 1.79 points to close at 1,531.21 points on Monday.
Total trading value was 42.29 billion baht, with 11.35 billion shares changed hands.
The SET50 index rose 1.51 points to 1,019.38 in trade worth 18.73 billion baht.
The MAI index increased 8.09 points or 1.1% to 746.52, with total transaction value of 4.8 billion baht.
Local institutions, retail investors and brokers were net buyers of 1.14 billion baht, 576.19 million baht and 564.65 million baht respectively. Foreign investors were sole net sellers of 2.28 billion baht.
