The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index fell 0.02% or 0.28 points to close at 1,535.09 points on Tuesday.
Total trading value was 42.55 billion baht, with 12.45 billion shares changed hands.
The SET50 index slid 0.93 points to 1,018.99 in trade worth 15.1 billion baht.
The MAI index, however, increased 0.52 points or 0.07% to 754.22, with total transaction value of 6.23 billion baht.
Local institutions and brokers were net buyers of 1.45 billion and 518 million baht respectively. Foreign and small investors were net sellers of 1 billion and 964.54 million baht.
