The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index fell 1.19 points or 0.08% to 1,495.22 on Friday.
Total trading value was 33.36 billion baht, with 7.94 billion shares changed hands.
The SET50 index, however, rose 0.51, or 0.05%, to 993.33 in trade worth 20.59 billion baht.
The MAI index slipped 4.01 points, or 0.60%, to 664.44, with total transaction value of 2.35 billion baht.
Small investors were the largest net buyers of 870.51 million baht, followed by brokers (351.38 million). Foreign investors sold a net 1.05 billion baht, followed by local institutions (175.38 million).
