The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index fell 0.16%, or 2.33 points, to 1,410.22 on Monday.
Total trading value was 20.36 billion baht, with 5.66 billion shares changed hands.
SET50 index slid 0.01 point, to 926.09 in trade worth 12.14 billion baht.
The MAI index dropped 0.66%, or 3.93 points, to 592.61, in total transaction value of 1.09 billion baht.
Wice Logistics Plc, an international one-stop logistics solutions provider, began trade in the SET's Services industry, Transportation & Logistics sector under the ticker symbol WICE today.
The company has market capitalisation at its initial public offering (IPO) of 1.26 billion baht, according to a SET statement on Monday.
Wice is an international one-stop logistic operator, offering sea and air freight services to importers and exporters in 100 countries worldwide.
Wice has a paid-up registered capital of 300 million baht consisting of 450 million existing common shares and 150 million newly issued shares, with a par value of 0.50 baht each. It offered newly issued shares to the general public via IPO during July 20-22 at 2.10 baht each for a total of 315 million baht.
The new fund will be used to build warehouse and trailer parking lots, buy trailers, develop information technology system and as working capital.
Wice's three major shareholders after IPO are Kongsoonthorn and Tantisoonthorn groups (64.7%), Lim Meng Pui group (7.8%) and Fung Tai Wai (2.6%).
The IPO price was equivalent to price-to-earnings ratio (P/E) of 21 times.
At noon, WICE closed at 5.10 baht, up 142.86% or three baht from the IPO price.
