Ministry vows fair treatment of Suparut

The Finance Ministry will be scrupulously fair in its treatment of former permanent secretary Suparut Kawatkul, Finance Minister Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala said yesterday.

Suparut: Dismissed in 2009 but pardoned

Mr Suparut was dismissed from the civil service in 2009 after the National Anti-Corruption Commission ruled that he violated state rules in the appointment of four deputy directors-general at the Revenue Department in 2001.

    Having been pardonned is not the same as having been found innocent of the charges. So of course he should not have his old job back enabling himm to violate the rules again.
    Does the word logic exit in Thai language or is logic just some silly western/farang notion ?
