Gold prices dropped 250 baht to 20,350 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Friday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 20,250.00 baht and the selling price at 20,350.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 19,889.92 baht and 28,850.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Thursday the buying and selling prices closed at 20,500.00 baht and 20,600.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bar and 20,132.48 baht and 21,100.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted four times on Thursday, up 50 baht from the previous day.
