Motorola keen on mass transit

Motorola Solutions, the enterprise network flagship of Motorola, plans to join other contractors in bidding for radio communication systems in mass transit projects and WiFi.
The US-based telecommunications company has also set up a new service team to offer tailor-made services for customers who rent its equipment under an annual fee.
Supranee Kueakoonngern, the country manager of Motorola Solutions (Thailand), said the company was looking at some bidding projects, particularly on the BTS and MRT.
