SET wobbles as investors fear the worst for Greece

The Thai stock market yesterday dropped 0.45% with investors remaining anxious about the continuing euro-zone debt crisis, as the market expected that the creditors would reject Greece's debt restructuring plan, resulting in the country's bankruptcy next month.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand index yesterday closed at 1,094.01 points with trade worth 28.19 billion baht, even though the market's morning session was trading above 1,100 on the improvement in US economic figures.

The large cap stocks dominated market trading yesterday.
