There's a coffee house on my soi that is becoming my favourite place to ease into a Saturday morning. When he's not pulling espresso shots, the owner, a busy young man, spends most of his time on his laptop working through a maze of system interfaces, spreadsheets and profiles.

As his business has grown, he's hired several new employees since I first visited. I wish him every success because his establishment is both a great place for me and many of my neighbours to start a day and a boon to the character of the neighbourhood overall.
