The most expensive penthouses available for sale today are the Four Seasons Private Residence on Charoen Krung Road in Sathorn district, at 315 million baht a unit.
The 73-storey project, developed by Country Group Development, now has six 1,050-square-metre penthouses available, according to the Agency for Real Estate Affairs, an industry database provider.
Its per-square-metre price at 300,000 baht, however, is not the highest as that title goes to the Diplomat 39 condominium on Sukhumvit Soi 39, at 411,111 baht per sq m.
The 31-storey Diplomat 39, developed by KPN Group Corporation, has four 450-sq-m units available at 185 million baht each.
The second most expensive penthouse per unit is the 185 Rajadamri, with five 782-sq-m units at 273.7 million baht each (350,000 baht per sq m). The 35-storey project is developed by Raimon Land Plc.
The third most expensive is the Nimit Luangsuan in Lumpini area, developed by Pace Development Corporation, at 250 million baht each. The project has five 617-sq-m penthouse units at 405,186 baht per sq m.
