IRPC and Thai Airways in agreement to study carbon credit trading opportunities.
IRPC PLC President Atikom Terbsiri (3rd right) and Thai Airways International PLC Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development Department and Acting President of Thai Airways International PLC Chokchai Panyayong (3rd left) signed a memorandum of understanding to study carbon credit trading opportunities. The opportunity to offset carbon credits arises from IRPC’s Combined Heat and Power Plant which has reduced annual CO2 emissions that cause the “greenhouse effect” by over 300,000 tons.
