SC targets condos at Chinese, Russians
Developer will launch 13 projects this year

SET-listed developer SC Asset Corporation Plc will introduce two new condo projects worth a combined 5.1 billion baht in roadshows in Beijing, Moscow and Singapore this year.
Chambers Ramintra with 152 units worth 450 million baht will be SC’s first condo project tapping the low-end segment, with unit prices starting at 2 million baht or 55,000 baht per square metre. It is one of 13 projects being launched by SC this year.
Chief operating officer Kree Dejchai said the Centric Ratchadapisek-Huay Kwang project in Bangkok will tap Chinese buyers as the Ratchadaphisek Road location is familiar to them.
